Melfort, Saskatchewan— Sweep the sheet, because Brandt is aiming for the button!
Curling is a quintessential Canadian pastime, particularly in Saskatchewan. The Brandt Group of Companies is proud to invest in the sport and the northeast region of the province by contributing $50,000 to the Melfort & District Curling Club Revitalization Project.

Brandt’s contribution will help the curling club upgrade their facility to give residents in the Melfort area a great place to gather. The club’s multi-year phased approach includes ice plant replacement, roof retrofit, front entrance reconfiguration, lighting upgrade, interior renovation, and a community mural.

In exchange for Brandt’s partnership, the bar and lounge in the facility, once completed, will be named Brandt’s Last Rock Lounge.

President of the Melfort & District Curling Club Corey Faye said, “We are so grateful to Brandt for their generous contribution. This revitalization will help us offer uninterrupted recreation programming, improve energy efficiency and accessibility, and modernize our facilities. We couldn’t undertake this kind of an ambitious project without companies like them.”
